    Rental Pricing:

    • Fixed Pricing: Rentals are priced per day for your convience with no difference in price for shorter rental period. However, weekend packages are available.

    Booking Confirmation:

    • Deposit: Secure your booking with a 25% non-refundable deposit.

    • Confirmation Email: Details sent immediately after booking.

  • Book Online 24/7

    Pick-Up & Drop Off from two convient locations:

    • 1810 Stadium Road, Wharton, Tx 77488

    • 14724 Barak Road, Guy, Tx 77444

    • Pick-Ups: Pick up in Wharton Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 8am-12pm on Sat. OR Pick up in Needville/Guy Friday 5:30pm-8pm or Sat-Sun 8am-12pm

    • Delivery: We will deliver on orders over $250 with a $50 delivery fee within 30 miles of either location.

      • For locations outside of the 30 miles, can be delivered for an additional $1 per extra mile.

      • Add set up/tear down of equipment for an additional $50 (Tents require setup).

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Choose your exact pick up or delivery time at check out. Times we are closed/unavailable will be blocked out.

    • Booking Confirmation: Bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit via credit/debit card. An confirmation email will be sent once deposit is received.

    Additional Information:

    • Notice: 24 hours required for new orders (call if you need last minutte orders.

    • Payment: Payment must be paid in full prior to day of event. Credit/Debit card preferred, but cash can be accepted at the Wharton location Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
